This was a great half a day tour with Hari. He was very diligent and organized. He explained to us many details on the places we visited. My wife and I made it all the way to the caves. Awesome! The National Mosque was an experience. Great job Viator!

The half day tour was excellent. I especially enjoyed Batu Caves and the National Mosque. Romesh suggested extending the tour to see the Genting Highlands and I'm so glad he did! The views were amazing, especially from the Temple Cave.

Arwin was nice and pleasant. He had to wait for us since another driver mistakenly picked us up. The trip was what I wanted and we were able to see the places we wanted to see.

Driver and tour guide was friendly and car was clean and modern.

Batu caves were amazing, although it is very dirty.

The Chinese Temple was also amazing, but the national mosque was not worth the time. Mind you it was close the day we went. Would have been better if the driver give us more context.

Would have been nice to stop and look around little India, instead of driving through it.

Overall, good tour
Good trip, poor driver

The driver/guide Ravikumar did not really know much about the sites. He also kept asking how much I paid for this tour, how much I paid for others I had booked with other companies. It was strange because he kept asking about money. During a stop, he met some of his friends and suddenly overheard them speaking inappropriately. Lastly, he boasted about how he had showed us beyond the itinerary because of a stop at a local food store. He wasn't clear about the trip overall. 3 stars because he drove, and we got to see the sights.
